Cancellation By Customer/Website

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer Support Team, providing your order details. The Complete Amount would be Refunded to The Original Payment method within 5-7 Days. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it can’t be Canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or any violation of our terms and conditions.

Return

Given that we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at hello@repeatgud.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the issue. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, free of charge.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your Order back to the Us.
