Garlic Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread slices
  • REPEAT GUD's Tandoori Mayonnaise
  • Salted butter, softened
  • Spring onions (optional)
  • Cheese slices (optional)

Procedure:

  • In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of REPEAT GUD's Tandoori Mayonnaise with finely chopped spring onions, if using, in softened salted butter.
  • Spread the flavored butter mixture generously on one side of each whole wheat bread slice.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the bread slices, buttered side down, on the grill.
  • Grill the bread for about a minute or until golden brown and crispy.
  • If desired, top the grilled bread slices with cheese slices and allow them to melt slightly.
  • Remove the grilled bread slices from the grill and serve immediately.
