Simple and Healthy Multigrain Pasta Salad with REPEAT GUD's Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Multigrain pasta
  • REPEAT GUD's Healthy Mayonnaise
  • Your choice of veggies (onion, capsicum, carrot)
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mixed herbs
  • Spring onions (for garnish)

Procedure:

  • Boil the multigrain pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Dice the veggies of your choice (onion, capsicum, carrot) into small pieces.
  • Season the cooked pasta and veggies with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs to taste.
  • Add a generous dollop of REPEAT GUD's Healthy Mayonnaise to the pasta and veggies.
  • Gently fold the mayonnaise into the pasta salad until everything is well coated.
